Last week, we celebrated Thanksgiving Day at our school, a day dedicated to expressing gratitude. Each PYP student wrote a note on a leaf for our Thankful Tree, sharing who they were thankful for and why. We took this opportunity to extend special thanks to the school staff, whose hard work and dedication made our school a better place.
We also had the fun activity of ‘Disguise a Turkey’, where each student had to design a creative disguise for a turkey so that hunters would not find it. We used our imagination to create fun and original costumes, making sure our turkeys were well-camouflaged and safe.
Today, we reflect on how fortunate we are and share our gratitude with everyone around us. Happy Thanksgiving!
