A Look Back at an Exciting Second Term!
As we reach the end of the second term, we’re excited to share the wonderful projects and learning experiences our students have been involved in. From thought-provoking literature to creative projects, it’s been a busy and rewarding time!
MYP 2: Literature, Language, and Culture.
This term, MYP 2 students delved into The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, engaging in thoughtful discussions about its themes and historical context.
In the unit ‘Eat to live or live to eat’, they got hands-on by acting out restaurant dialogues and designing their own creative menus, bringing language learning to life in a fun and interactive way.

MYP 3: Friendship and Creativity in Action
MYP 3 students explored Matilda, analyzing its characters and key messages.
As part of our ‘Friendship’ unit, students recorded podcasts where they interviewed a classmate, enhancing their speaking and listening skills.
They also developed their creativity by designing their own comics in which they used the grammar structures we had previously worked on in class (reported speech). They succeeded in bringing their stories to life in a visual and engaging way.

This term has been filled with engaging activities that have helped our students develop their critical thinking, communication, and creativity. We can’t wait to see what the next term brings!
