Do you like travelling? It is just what our Phonics Book is doing right now! The Phonics travelling Book is a new activity in “Early Years class“ (4 years old) to learn and practice the sounds of the English language.
As you know, we used to work with Jolly Phonics methodology to improve our English knowledge at school and this book is an extra help to do it in a very funny way.
In that book, every sound has to be traced, pictured and written, and children have to use their imagination and creativity to complete it. Every week, the book will travel with kids to their houses to work on the right sound and then, they will share their work with the class.
With this kind of activities, we have the opportunity to collaborate with families and at the same time, children are developing the attributes of responsible and communicators which are very important for the IB profile of students.
